Everyone meets at our base prior to their expereince. This is just a 5 -10 minute drive from Rotorua's Center. Call us if you need any help with directions or would like to discuss pickup options within the Rotorua CBD area.

Very friendly and cheerful staff. They are adept at calming nervous customers. Great views of the forest. I would have liked to have heard more about the indigenous birds and ground animals of the forest and to what extent had their populations improved as the conservation measures were implemented. Perhaps a bit less detail about the effectiveness of reducing the numbers of possums. In my group there were a number of Australians who appeared not to have appreciated this information.

Really great guides, helpful and funny. Made the tour easier for them that was quite nervous. Great insight in the way the took care of the forest and the wildlife.

We had a wonderful time on the Zipline Ultimate Adventure. there was so many ziplines to experience each with a different terrain. Our guides; Hans and Stephanie, were fun, encouraging, and informative. We are celebrating our 65th birthday year and this was an amazing way to see the forest canopy zipping through the trees and looking down at the thick vegetation below. There was so much to see and experience, we would defiantly would do it again and highly recommend it.

After tramping through the forest, we finally came up to the first obstacle! Very nice walk in with informative commentary by our two guides. The tour was very safety oriented, and the guides were very on top of things! The finally was a straight down repel! It was AWESOME!
We recommend this activity to everyone.

Moving through the beautiful forest. All done professionally, we always felt completely safe. The guides were informative and good company. Well worth the money - our best experience of our holiday.

WOW! The ultimate tour was just absolutely amazing from start to finish - from the zip lines, to the forest and the tour guides. Was an experience like no other that I would 10/10 recommend.

Harry and Sarah were excellent guides! We had a blast on this trip. We loved the ziplining, the views, birdwatching, and learning more about conservation efforts in NZ as we were traveling from the US.

The whole experience was exhilarating. The guides ensured everyone experienced the rush in a safe and fun way. Ziplining through the forest canopy at speed. What a rush. Great was to see some of Rotorua's and New Zealands forests. Highly recommended.

Best experience ever! We took the ultimate tour which had longer lines and it was worth it!The guides, Alex and Natalie, were super professional when it came to safety and talking about the forest's eco system. When it came to anything else, they were simply HILARIOUS, which made everything even so much better.

This was a perfect tour for our family day out. Jake and Ash were superb guides! I highly recommend this. I’m afraid of heights and I never felt uncomfortable. It was adventurous with beautiful scenery and very informative.

My daughters and I had a very informative but best fun and experience hanging around in the trees. Jess, Alister & McCalla. Kept us safe and entertained. If you love heights and the forrest then this is the job for you. The bridge crossings were cool but ziplining is the way to go. My daughters are Gen Y babies but really stoked to see them having a great time in nature. I'm a baby boomer so I like comfort .... You need a cafe in the trees..lol signed: Bella/Millie/Mark.

My husband and I did this tour on our honeymoon. My husband was very excited and has done a lot of ziplining in the past, but I was a bit more hesitant due to my aversion to heights. However Vincent and Alex were amazing at making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with the procedures and with the ziplining itself. They also shared a lot of interesting information about the forest were were in and the plans for forest revitalization. This was one of my favorite parts of our trip to New Zealand!

Multiple ziplining adventures with breathtaking view to the amazing Rotorua forest!It was also very excited to walk on suspended swing bridges were also exciting!The final part of the tour was a surprise to me. Our tour guide Zach from Texas and Matty from New Zealand (this was his last canopy tour) were doing their job perfectly on that day to make sure all of us could be enjoying the trip. Highly recommend it!
